Terms of Service

The Service

Mindot lets you create and run Wills — persistent cognitive agents — via a hosted API and Studio. Wills run continuously and consume Will-hours while active. Idle Wills are auto-suspended and do not consume Will-hours while dormant.

Accounts & API keys

You are responsible for activity under your account and API keys. Keep keys secret; you can revoke them at any time in Studio. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service or breach these terms.

Plans, billing & credits

• Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Enterprise) include a monthly Will-hour allowance; usage beyond it is billed as overage at the plan's rate.
• Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy as Merchant of Record. Taxes are handled at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Cancelling stops renewal at period end; access continues until then.
• The Playground runs in mock mode at no cost and is provided as-is for evaluation.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, generate harmful or deceptive content at scale, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform.

Your content

You retain ownership of the configurations, prompts, and data you supply. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service (e.g. processing through LLM providers to run your Wills).

Warranty & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-product or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
