Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
This policy explains what Mindot (“we”, “us”) collects when you use the Mindot platform, Studio, and API (the “Service”), and how we use it.
What we collect
- Account data. When you sign in with GitHub or Google we receive your name, email, and avatar URL.
- Will data. The configuration, conversations, memories, beliefs, goals, and cognitive state of the Wills you create.
- Usage & billing data. API calls, Will-hours consumed, token counts, costs, and subscription status.
- Technical data. Request metadata (IP, timestamps, user agent) used for security, rate limiting, and debugging.
How we use it
- To operate the Service — run your Wills, deliver conversations, and meter usage.
- To bill you accurately and prevent abuse.
- To improve reliability and performance. We do not sell your data.
Subprocessors
We share the minimum necessary data with infrastructure providers that power the Service: LLM providers (e.g. Anthropic) for Will cognition, LemonSqueezy as our Merchant of Record for payments and tax, and our hosting/database provider. Each processes data only to provide their service to us.
Data retention & deletion
Will state persists until you archive or delete it. You can export a Will's full state at any time via the API. Deleting your account archives your Wills and cancels your subscription. Contact us to request full erasure of your data.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Email us to exercise them.
